AI-JUDGED USDC BOUNTIES ON ARC

Posters lock USDC into escrow on the Arc testnet. An AI arbiter grades each submission against a frozen rubric, but a verdict moves no money by itself: a plausible one opens a fixed window in which the poster approves, or rejects at a price set by the score. If the poster stays silent until the window closes, the worker can be paid in full. Every payout carries the verdict hash on-chain.
